There is limited data on primary hyperparathyroidism in Nepal. We did a retrospective study, where we analyzed data of sixteen patients who presented in our endocrine clinic from January 2016 to December 2022. Nepal has limited data on acromegaly patients. We did a retrospective study of acromegaly patients who were diagnosed in our center or were referred to our center. We included 10 patients of acromegaly who presented in our center from January 2018 to December 2022. Four (40%) were males and six (60%) were females. Adrenal tumors are not uncommon in endocrine practice. We collected retrospective data from our clinical records of our patients with adrenal tumors from 2021 January to 2023 January. There were a total 20 patients; males 10 (50%) and females 10 (50%). Mean age was 47.4±10.65 years and average BMI was 26.57±4.94.
